I find myself watching the Tour coverage a bit on TV, which is rad. Does anyone have good websites they like to follow for cycling news? Furthermore, what about for running news?

letsrun's message board is pretty fast about things... it's homepage isn't quite so fast. But now I hate letsrun....
I always liked http://runnersweb.com/ although its formatting is weird sometimes. It's more geared toward multisport so there's cycling/running/triathlete stuff.
